Expert Foundry Services, Inc. has been in business since 1997.

Our capabilities for core production are as follows.

4 Shalco / EMI U180 shell core machines;

Our standard sands are 1.5% resin for aluminum, 2.5% resin for iron,
& 3.5% resin for steel or heavy iron

Other shell sand blends are available including zircon shell sand.

Cold box core capabilities are as follows;

Corebox size 24”X 22” Weight 750 # each half

We blow Pepset X binder system at virtually any binder level up to 2.0%

The machines we use are of our own design and were built here at Expert Foundry Services, Inc...

We can blow cores in range from ounces up to 350lbs. Our machines are designed to be extremely
flexible in setup of existing mounting setups on vertically parted core boxes.

We can blow horizontally parted boxes up to 24” in diameter with some limited capabilities on the
number of invest holes. We can produce cores weighting up to 350lbs.

We can blow cores in 100% silica sand (65 GNF), 100% zircon sand, or a 50%/50% blend of silica
/zircon.

Also 100% chromite or a mix of 50/ chromite 50 silica sand

We also have a no-bake loop where we can produce cores up 5000 lbs.

We normally add 3% BIO (Black OX 2067 from DCS) for iron & steel cores. We can turn the BIO
on or off at will.

We have a 24’ box truck that has stabilizers to allow loading & unloading with a forklift.

Our typical local delivery area is a 60 mile radius of the Milwaukee area.

We have a loading dock and are able to load any common carrier.

We are located at 1444 N. 5th Street in Milwaukee. A delivery charge of TBD would apply
regardless of quantity of cores delivered by EFS. To save this charge you can arrange for pick up by
your truck or any other carrier you choose.

Our normal lead time is one week. This is qualified by quantities ordered.

Our terms are net 30 days.
