Since March 1st of 1996, Expert Foundry Services Inc has grown from a two-man operation to employing sixty five
people at the end of 2008, and servicing a clientele of over 100 different foundries throughout the United States.
Along the way earning the “Small Business Times” “Future Fifty Award” three consecutive years in a row for being
one of the fastest growing small businesses in Wisconsin, all without any marketing or sales team, simply by word
of mouth, based on our products, knowledge, and service. Starting out in a small business incubator in Milwaukee,
Wisconsin with only a limited 3000 square feet of rented space, one Shalco EMI-U180 Shell core machine, a batch
mixer, and a one of a kind core blowing machine, Expert Foundry Services has grown to an operation with a total
of 50,000 square feet of space, including a warehousing facility, 2 continuous mixers, 4 Shalco EMI-U180 shell
core machines, and 9 specially designed Cold Box core blowers capable of running a magnitude of many different
pattern types. From the beginning of our company, it is our goal, to be the best quick turnaround core supplier in the industry.
Expert Foundry Services has thrived on, but is not limited to, low production – quick turnaround jobs throughout its
history and to this date has never turned down a job based on quantity of order. E.F.S. has produced tens of thousands
of different types of cores, including impellers, diffusers, housings, electrical components, automotive castings,
breaker cores, pouring cups, test bars, draft sills, decorative items, molds of various diversity and many more.
The knowledgeable staff and management team has additional years of foundry experience and has a determination
to service our customers with the best possible quality and service unlike any other competitor. Expert Foundry
Services wants to be your entire core room. We strive to continue our current business relationships as well as
look forward to building new relationships with many others throughout the industry.
We are friends to the industry and our abilities and knowledge doesn’t end with our sand core production. We believe
in building relationships with any and all whose needs are foundry based. Ask us how we can help aide you in your
