COLD CORE BOXES

Descrition:We can blow cores in range from ounces up to 350lbs. Our machines are designed to be extremely flexible in setup of existing mounting setups on vertically parted core boxes.

 

NO-BAKE CORES

Descrition:We can blow cores in 100% silica sand (65 GNF), 100% zircon sand, or a 50%/50% blend of silica /zircon. Also 100% chromite or a mix of 50% chromite 50% silica sand.

 

NO-BAKE MOLDS

Descrition:We have a no-bake loop where we can produce cores and molds up 5000 lbs.

 

SHELL CORES

Descrition:4 Shalco / EMI U180 shell core machines; Our standard sands are 1.5% resin for aluminum, 2.5% resin for iron, & 3.5% resin for steel or heavy iron Other shell sand blends are available including zircon and ceramic shell sand. Corebox size 24”X 22” Weight 750# each half.
